She was predeceased by: her husband James Carter Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, James Lynn Lewis (Becky), Randy Cleve Lewis (Lisa) and Gregory Lane Lewis (Karen); her grandchildren, Jon-Michael Lewis, William David Lewis, James Matthew Lewis, Andrew Colin Lewis (Kayla), Alexander Gray Lewis (Whitley) and Leigh; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Harper, Kinsley and Janie Belle; Tim Campbell. She is also survived by ten children and is survived by many nieces and nephews.
