He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Elster, Tena Gaspard, Ruth Lunsford, Clyde and Ruby McCartney; and his great-aunt Connie McCartney.
He is survived by: his parents, Carrie Starns and Jeremy Starns; and his brother Jeremy Craig Starns, Jr.. He is also survived by paternal grandparents, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Baton Rouge Crisis Intervention Center in honor of Blaine in hopes to reduce the impact of suicide in our community.
