She was predeceased by: her parents, Milous Kirk Russell and Edna Pauline Edwards; and her sister June Hunter. She is survived by: her sisters, Betty Owens, Joyce Moore and Sharon Robbins; her husband Duke Campbell; her daughter Robin; her son-in-law Glen Kirby; her grandchildren, Adam Kirby and Angela Nixon; and her great grandchildren, Lilah Nixon, Kirby Nixon, Paxton Nixon and Luke Kirby.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as a tribute to Yvonne's generous spirit and love for children.
