With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecil A. Ott Sr. (Denham Springs, Louisiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 6, 2026 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Ott and Eula Lee Jones Ott; his son Cecil Ott Jr. (Beau); his brother Donald Ott; and his parents-in-law, Gene and Hattie Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie; his daughters, Bridgett Ott and Billie Ott McCurry (Mike); his grandchildren, Tyler McCurry, Kaitlyn Granger (Taylor), Jaidyn Bond, Hunter Ott and Gauge Ott; his great grandchildren, Laikyn, Kane McCurry, Carter, Cayson Granger and Kai Palmer; his sisters, Joy Sibley and Janice Britton (Danny); Oakleigh House of Reception. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many lifelong friends.
