He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil R. Miller and Oda Mae Bankston Miller; and his siblings, Norman Ray Miller, Ernest Leon Miller and Wilma Frances.
He is survived by: his wife Connie S. Miller (Neptune); his children, Renee Miller Zakrzewski (Duane) of Southbury and Michael Miller (Charlette) of Gonzales, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Jessica Megargle (Freitas), Joshua Freitas, Jared Freitas, Julie Tortorelli (Freitas), Drake Miller, Bryant Miller, Isabella Zakrzewski and Alyssa Miller; and his great grandchildren, Evan Tortorelli, Owen Megargle, Nathaniel Tortorelli, Luke Miller, Aubrey Megargle, Benjamin Tortorelli, Caleb Megargle, Zenlyra Freitas, Anna Megargle and Jason Tortorelli. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
