He is survived by: his wife Liberty Faith Fooshee; his children, Skylar, Jett Fooshee, Owen Rogers, Alice Cline and Ella Rogers; his parents, Staci Self and Michael Self; his siblings, Taylor Self, Myron Patrick Brady III (Miranda Brady), Joshua Fooshee and Cameron Self; his siblings' children, Malayna Brady, Gracelynn Brady, Evan Fooshee, Beckham Bearden and Dominik Self; and his grandparents, Bruce, Mary Jane Easterly, Lewis, Yvonne Gill and Mark Tate. He is also survived by many other relative and close friends.
