She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvie Othele Jackson and Ernest Eugene Hornsby; her brother Robert Eugene Hornsby; and her son Corey. She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Elizabeth Garver; her son-in-law Nathanael Verrill; her siblings, Marilyn Louise Hornsby and James Arbin Hornsby; her grandchildren, Liam Cade Verrill, Daniel James Verrill, Sophia Elizabeth Verrill, Thomas Alexander Verrill, Dallin Chase Eugene Verrill and David Verrill; and her friends, Ginger Jensen, Bonnie Burgoon and Mary Dabney.
