He was predeceased by: his wife Brandi Dunn; his grandparents, Louis and Sophia Allen; his uncle Louis Allen Jr.; and his aunt Violet Gauthier.
He is survived by: his mother Florence Allen Gordon; his stepfather Jimmy Gordon; his father Anthony "Tony" Lewis; his daughter Saylor Moon Allen; and his sister Chasity L. Allen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, a great-niece, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family through his aunt Shane Allen.
