He is survived by: his children, Angela Sweatman Shuckhart and Gary Sweatman; his grandchildren, Madeline Evans (Blade), Jerry Shuckhart, Jr. (Alice), Tristan Shuckhart (Maddie), Lucas Shuckhart and Christian Sweatman; and his siblings, Terry Sweatman (Denise) and Tammye Gill (Chuck). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
