We announce the death of George W. Henderson Jr. (Denham Springs, Louisiana), who passed away on August 4, 2026, at the age of 93. George will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Harris Henderson; his birth parents, George W. Henderson, Sr., Lily Ida Sibley, Joseph and Georgia Henderson; and his siblings, Marie Hancock, Kenneth Henderson, Allen Henderson and Wesley Henderson.
He is survived by: his children, Dianne (Keith Pearson), David (Diane Henderson) and Denise (Jeff Lowe); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Andy Donlon, Heather Decker, Ryan, Taylor Pearson, Danielle Henderson, Chet, Leah Henderson, Christine, Dustin DeKeno and Tiffany Lowe; and his brothers, Terry Henderson, Robbie Henderson and Jay Legath. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a favorite charity in Billy's memory.
