He was predeceased by: his daughter Dawn Elaine Gore; his parents, Wilfred Gore and Mable Gore; and his brothers, Calvin Arceneaux and Richard Gore.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jeannette (Rocky Everett) and Laurie (Lonny Henson); his grandchildren, Matthew, Micah, Micayla, Maryssa, Brandon, Desireé and Bryce; and his sister Dolree Volpe. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
