He is survived by: his wife Claire Fairchild Phillips; his children, Kevin (Margie), Faye (Robert), Kenny (Lori), Sammie (Danny) and Debbie (Thomas); his grandsons, David, Phillip, Adam, Dustin, Ryan and Brandon; and his great grandchildren, Nikolas, Nathaniel, Kayden and Peyton.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Seale Funeral Home (1720 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at the Evergreen Memorial Park (1710 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726).
