He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Maddalone; his daughter Kaylie Maddalone (Paul Landry); his granddaughter Emersyn Marie Landry; his sisters, Tina Maddalone and Kara Snyder; his stepsisters, Linda Mansfield, Lana Holub (Jeff) and Lorie Crawford (Noel); his brother Virgil Maddalone (Judy); and his brother-in-law O'Nell Clement.
