He is survived by: his children, Michelle Slaton Sibley and Jerry Dale Slaton (Bubba); his children-in-law, Terry Sibley and Tracy Slaton; his sisters, Marguerite Bamburg and Shirley Jean Roe (Roy Roe); his brothers-in-law, Johnny Terrell (Barbara) and George Terrell (Judy); his grandchildren, Kayla Sibley Cassard (Trevor), Karmyn Sibley Harris (Brody), Shelbie Slaton Miller (Seth) and Brandilyn Slaton; and his great grandchildren, Camille Cassard, Jackson Miller, Colson Miller and Gibson Miller.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riverside Baptist Church (36890 LA-16, Denham Springs, LA 70706). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
