It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon Ernest Stewart of Denham Springs, Louisiana, born in Picayune, Mississippi, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber Stewart and Lilla Stewart; and his brother-in-law Jerry Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Holden Stewart; his children, Jon David Stewart (Tanya) and Brittany Lynn Stewart; his grandchildren, Blayne Stewart (Hillary), Adrianna, Hannah and Khloe Stewart; his great grandchildren, Remington Humpal, Charlotte and Juliette Stewart; and his sisters, Martha Ann Mitchell, Linda "Tina" Stewart and Diane Marie Kraemer (Danny). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
