He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Rios Morales and Amalia Castillo Serrano. He is survived by: his wife Angelina Rios; his children, Patricia Rios, Yvette Grimsley, Elaine Kusiak, Edwin Rios and Leonel Rios Jr.; his grandchildren, Kelly Rios, Alicia Rios, Alonzo Rios, Amir Rios, Keiri Rios, Daphne Grimsley, Justin Grimsley Jr. and Vivian Kusiak; his great grandchildren, Aiden Rios and Alani Martin; and his siblings, Elina Sofia Rios Castillo, Concepcion Rios Castillo and Miguel Angel Rios Castillo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
