She was predeceased by: her mother Norma Lorena Leggett; her husband Cecil M. Sullivan; her father Johnny D. Hood Sr.; her stepmother Jennie Spiller Hood; and her siblings, Johnny D. Hood Jr., Bobby Nagin, Don Nagin, Narvis Jean Moore, Mary Lou Reed, Nora Carlene Allen and Gail Nagin.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Bielkiewicz (Scott), Cynthia Craig, Shellie "Nikki" Sullivan (Nick) and Edwin Miller; her grandchildren, Chris Whitehead (Vivian), Samantha Waguespack (Leo), Hailey Sullivan, Whitney Sullivan, Matthew Sullivan (Jessica), Lori Baradell, Patrick Craig, Brandi Gomez, Preslie Rodriguez, Candy Watson (Jeff), Skottie LaCroix (Louis), Jaimi Bielkiewicz and Kayla Marcus; and her siblings, Yvonne Bernard (Keith), Hollis Hood (Teresa), Kenneth Hood (Sheila), Michael Hood (Audrey), Cathy Boone (Tom), Eddie Wayne Nagin (Dana) and Danny Nagin (Laura).
