He is survived by: his sons, Dwayne Bernard Cokes and Mark Wade Jackson Jr.; his brothers, Thomas "Tommy" Ray Jackson and William "Billy" Vance Cokes; his siblings-in-law, Mary Cokes Hammett (Charles) and Paul Yelverton; and his granddaughter Grace Alise Cokes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
