He was predeceased by: his son Scott Wayne Blacklock; his parents, James Blacklock and Amy Blacklock; and his sister Betty Waldrop. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Maust; his children, Linda Stockton (Stacy), Doug Blacklock (Deana), Martin Blacklock, Jr. and Tisha Partin; the mother of his children Marie Blacklock; his grandchildren, Codi Blacklock, Jessica Blacklock, Chris Blacklock, Zachary Blacklock, Brian Marchand and Samantha Mayers; and his siblings, Jack Blacklock (Virginia "Tootie") and Laverne Barrick. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
