He was predeceased by: his parents, Nolan Gill, Sr. and Myrtle Ann Doming Gill; his brother Robert Gill; his nephew Robby Gill; and his in-laws, Sidney and Bobbie Bueto McCullough.

He is survived by: his wife Kathi McCullough Gill; his sons, Brandon and Byron Gill (Jessica); his grandchildren, Sidney, Lucas, Annlee and Madeline Gill; his brother Ronnie Gill (Kathy); and his siblings-in-law, Murray McCullough (Ellen) and Garylyn Gill. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
