She was predeceased by: her father Dale Averett; her husband Sidney Perkins; and her mother Juanita Rodriguez Averett. She is survived by: her sons, Phillip M. Perkins and Ronnie D. Perkins; her grandchildren, Anna Carrington and Adam Perkins; her stepgrandsons, Brett Conrad and Josh Conrad; her great grandchildren, Alexis Moore, Ryleigh Carrington, Blakely Carrol, Brenna Conrad, Colin Conrad, Belle Conrad, Hollis Conrad, Jace Conrad, Trae Conrad and Beau Conrad; and her brothers, Jimmy Averett and Donald Averett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
