He was predeceased by: his parents, Strickland Bankston and Lasca Bankston; and his wife Joyce Bankston. He is survived by: his sons, Ray Bankston (Rebecca) and Randy Bankston (Kim); his grandchildren, Lasca (Tim Rodrigue), Lara Bankston, Shane, Maxim (Erin) and Denver Bankston (Torri); and his great grandchildren, Nash, Penn Bankston, TJ and Tony Rodrigue. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
