He is survived by: his children, Dylan Horn, Holly Horn and Isabella Horn; his grandson Damion Horn; and his siblings, Gaye Horn Young (Harold Young), Mary Horn and Ted Horn (Kat). He is also survived by family members, numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
