He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Temple and Betty Jo Box Temple; his children, Robert Jay Temple, Jr. and Candace Christine Temple; and his brother Thomas E. Temple, Jr. (Hiram Richard "Rick" Perez).
He is survived by: his children, Adam F. Temple and Mistalyn Matte; his fiancée Carol Cassano; his pet Belle; his nephew Rickey Colligan; and his nieces, Dawn Roshto and Brandy Vasquez.
