He is survived by: his mother Rachel Loper; his wife Celeste Burris Loper; and his children, Cassandra Corley (James), Jason Loper (Jennifer), Rhonda Loper, Summer Loper, Taylor Tuttle (Stephen) and Veronica Klug (Seth). He is also survived by 3 siblings, 9 grandchildren.
