He was predeceased by: his mother Jenny JoAnn Tate Sutton; and his grandparents, Raymond Joseph Tate, Sr., Nina Lea McLin Tate, Donovan Marsille Sutton, Sr. and Jimmye Lou Furr Sutton.

He is survived by: his father Donovan Marsille Sutton, Jr.; his brother Steve Sutton; and his girlfriend Bridgett Ott. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
