He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Gabel and Grace Grantham Gabel Raborn; his siblings, Paul Gabel, Cecil Gabel, Robert Gabel, Charles Gabel, Beverly Van Osdell and Linda Brown; and his children, Warren Gabel, Clifton Gabel and Ronda Leonard Robertson.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Eubanks (Sandy), Cindy Smith, Samantha Leonard Cupstid, Bubba Leonard, Danny Riley, Michelle Gabel Desoto and Bradley Niehaus (Tammy); and his brother Carroll Gabel (Karen). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Seale Funeral Home (1720 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
