William Ellis Coxe Sr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 25, 2019, at the age of 80, William Ellis Coxe Sr. (Denham Springs, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamar N. Coxe and Bernice "Bunchie" Stafford Coxe; his brother Lamar N. Coxe, Jr.; and his daughter-in-law Cynthia Greer Coxe. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sibley Coxe; his children, William E. Coxe, Jr. and Charlotte Coxe Lockhart (Mike); his grandchildren, William E. Coxe, III, Steven E. Coxe, Elizabeth Lockhart Butler (Brennan, Brittany Jade) and Michael Ellis Lamar Lockhart; his great grandchildren, Destiny Victoria Coxe, Rachel Mercedes Coxe and Parker Joel Coxe; and his sister-in-law Patsy Bankhead Coxe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
