He was predeceased by: his wife Delcie "Jane" Pritchard Jacobsen; his parents, William J. Jacobsen Sr. and Natalie Smith Jacobsen; and his brothers, Truvie F. Jacobsen and Charles H. Jacobsen.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Wayne Jacobsen (Jodi) and Debra Kim Langlois (Keith); his grandchildren, Ryan, Jared Langlois and Jacey Jacobsen; and his great grandchildren, Joseph and Cameron Langlois.
