She is survived by: her son Scott Phillips (Courtney); her grandchildren, AJ Phillips and Alyssa Phillips; and her siblings, Patrick Phillips, Michael Phillips, Tina Guin and Todd Phillips. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
