He is survived by: his wife Anita Shoemake; his children, Clarence Shoemake Jr. (Amanda), Joseph Shoemake (Alexis Allemang), Teleca Hansen (Chip) and Denita "Dee" Young (Chad); his grandchildren, Jessica Hightower (Daniel), Sasha Rebert, Meleca Guerrero, Samuel Guerrero (Raelynn), Adam Guerrero, Caitlin Mouton (Dylan Perez), Christopher Mouton (Katelyn), Riannon Young (Russell Dyke), Kayson Rossetter, Peyton Shoemake, Alayna Shoemake, Evalynn Allemang, Lanum Bayard and Joyce Shoemake; his great grandchildren, Caleb Hightower, Alexis Hightower, Connor Mouton, Kollyns Mouton, Liliana Guerrero, Ezra Guerrero, Angel Guerrero, Cheyenne Clark and Kaylee Guerrero; his great great grandchild Kamilla Kaye; and his siblings, Ernest Lee "Red" Shoemake and Delories Shoemak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
