He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Thomas; his children, Erin Sigefried (James) and Jeremiah Thomas (Debbie); his grandchildren, Greysen Kuykendall (Alyssa), Garett Kuykendall (Kimberly), Emma Griffith, Shaye Thomas, Alexandria Casares (Cal) and Taylor Thomas; and his great grandchild Rori Kuykendall.
