She was predeceased by : her husband L. E. Perkins; her sister Sharlene Holley; and her grandparents, Erma, Curtis Doyle, Joe and Jessie Mae Holley.

She is survived by : her parents, Henry Holley and Mavis Holley; and her siblings, Karen Sue Burnitt (Eddie), Steven Randal Holley, Stacy Lynn Birdwell (Johnny) and Jessica Craft (James). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
