He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Pentecost; his daughter Lacie Touchet (Adam) of Lake Charles; his granddaughter Emmie Jo; his children, Shauna Walker of Billings, Montana, Scotty Perkins (Sondra) of DeQuincy, Eric Perkins (Ilene) of DeQuincy and Chad Perkins of DeQuincy; and his sister Pamala Williams of Claremont. He is also survived by his family, friends.
