He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Frazier; and his parents, William and Mary. He is survived by: his children, Shane Frazier (Lisa), Hank Frazier (Missy), Bean Frazier (Tammy) and Blaine Frazier (Amy); his grandchildren, Christy Cooley (Bowdy), Seth Frazier, Chelsea Irwin (Andy), Corey Fontenot, Mandy Clopton (Cody), Russell Frazier, Maci Frazier and Ryder Frazier; and his close friend Elaine Lingo. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
