He was predeceased by: his father Fred Fallaw. He is survived by: his mother Anise Fallaw; his siblings, Joanne Burnett (Larry) and Thomas Fallaw (Dottie); his nieces and nephews, Amy Perkins, Amanda Tompkins Joel Burnett (Jody), Jason Fallaw, Jon Fallaw (Brittany) and Julia Carnley (Shawn); and his brother Kirk Bertrand (Connie). He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews; best friend.
