She was predeceased by: her former husband Kenneth Doyle; her husband Mark Gillis; her son Ricky Doyle; her parents, Vester Burnitt and Ivy Marie Shirley; and her siblings, Loretta Yancey, Marsha Martin, Larry Burnitt, Margretta Rougeou and Clarence Silas Shirley.

She is survived by: her daughters, Regina Trahan (James), Brandie Noblitt (Andrew) and Kendra Manuel (Jerry Jr); her grandchildren, Dana Woods, Hanah Stewart, Kenneth Trahan, Gary Doyle, Ethan Noblitt, Katelyn Noblitt, William Noblitt, Michael Byrd, Lauren Byrd, Christian Ewing and Orion Manuel; and her sisters, LaBreeska Hall (Randy), Syvella Ann Jackson (Wayne) and Katherine Bushnell. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oretta Pentecostal Church (185 Missouri St, Oretta, LA 70661). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at the Oretta Cemetery.
