He is survived by: his wife Tabitha Ashworth; his parents, Bryan Ashworth and Cheryl Ashworth; his siblings, Landan Ashworth "WeeWee" (Megan), Ash Classen (Kelly) and Collin Kaufmann (Mandy Harms); his parents-in-law, Matthew and Michelle Underwood; his grandparents, Kathy Ashworth, Allen and Rowena Koehn; his siblings-in-law, Oak, Sharon Underwood, Bregje Underwood and Caelan Underwood; his grandparents-in-law, Wayne (Denise Underwood) and Peggy Underwood; and his nephew Seth Underwood.

Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Southern Magnolia Mennonite Church (2800 LA-26, DeRidder, LA 70634). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Southern Magnolia Mennonite Cemetery (2800 LA-26, DeRidder, LA 70634).
