She is survived by: her parents, Rev Jerry Hext and Christa Hext; her husband Dennis Worthington; her children, Jeffrey Hext (Lizzy), Sabrina Williams (Doug), Daniel Worthington (Heather), Lisa Perkins (Robert), Ashley Williams (Lee) and Quinten Williams (Bridgette); and her siblings, Jerry Hex Jr. (Michelle) and Ginger Burcher (Lynn). She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made directly to Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home.
