He was predeceased by : his parents, Victor Clark and Verna Dean Clark; and his brothers, Alton Clark, Buddy Clark, Bradly Clark, Terry Clark, Pineknot Clark and Eugene Clark.

He is survived by : his nieces and nephews, Theresa Drouant (Brett), Tracy Schuler (Lance), Annette Kelly (Michael), Michelle Sanchez (Eugenio), Tessie Clark, Verna Ruth Clark, David Wayne Clark (Robin) and David Wade Clark; and his close friend Frank Moreno.
