He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Aaron, Ruth Burr and Gilbert Ortego. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Burr and Lisa Burr of Merryville, LA; his sister Windy Blackmon (Carl); his nieces and nephews, Carlye Ruth Blackmon and Chanler Ruel Blackmon; and his grandmother Audrey Ortego of Denham Springs, LA. He is also survived by cousins, family and friends.
