She is survived by: her children, Tom Perkins (Melba), Barry Perkins (Donna), David Perkins (Debbie), Mike Perkins (Lisa), Janice Hiles of Raleigh, MS and Christine Apple of Benton, AR; and her grandchildren, Mitch Perkins, Summer Ridley, Nikki Perkins, Logan Perkins, Laydon Perkins, Kayleigh Zaworski, Devin Jordan, Christy Linville, Randy White, Allen Perkins, Ben Hiles, Christy Apple, Carla Alexander, Carmen Alexander and Wayne Alexander. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
