She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie Jean Miller Phillips and Thomas Phillips; and her husband Thomas W. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Allyson Phillips of DeRidder, Jennifer McCrory-Morales (Stephen) of Chicago, IL, Tammy V. Stark (Gregory) of Denton, TX, Thomas R. Smith (Melissa) of McAlester, OK, Michelle Smith Swart (David) of Canton, GA and Michael Sean Smith (Belinda) of Abilene, TX; her grandchildren, Kyrstin Gustin, Charles Gustin, Braden Nolen, Tristen Nolen, Gavin Nolen, Avery McCrory, Arabella Morales, Robert Valadez, Brenda Pegram, Laura Smith, Thomas Smith, Jr., Sadie Smith, Lisa Smith and Dinari Caceres; her siblings, Donna Williams, Jacqueline Culbertson, Sean Lomashey and Bobby Lomashey; her sisters-in-law, Glenda Ellender and Virginia Self; and her friend Joyce Lewis of DeRidder. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
