He is survived by: his mother Lucille Young of DeRidder, Louisiana; his son Steven Bosley of Baytown, Texas; and his siblings, Gilbert Thompson of Leesville, Robert Thompson of DeRidder, Louisiana and Shantell Ruiz of Sugar Town, Louisiana. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Shiloh Cemetery (468 Joe Lacy Rd, DeRidder, LA 70634).
