He is survived by: his wife Debra Czudek; his children, David Czudek (Alyssa), Susan Dauzat (Brody), Michael Czudek (Layna) and Brittany LaCaze (Philip); his brother Carl Czudek; his grandchildren, Bryson Czudek, Ariana Victor, Summer Victor, Kaden Czudek, Brooklynn LaCaze, Jacen Czudek, Blake Czudek, Londyn Czudek, Skylar LaCaze, Shelton Czudek, Ashlynn LaCaze, Naddalynn Victor, Jameson Dauzat, Madyn Czudek and Myka Czudek; and his great grandchildren, Dason Inboden and Lekota Czudek.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grace Church (102 W 1st St, DeRidder, LA 70634). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
