It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Runge of Deridder, Louisiana, born in Zwolle, Louisiana, who passed away on April 10, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Martinez and Lula Mae Yawn Martinez; her daughter Patricia Boyle; and her siblings, Cecil Martinez, Frankie Martinez, Wayne Martinez, Edna McKnight and Billy Martinez.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Runge of DeRidder; her children, Michael Runge (Elizabeth Ann) of DeRidder, Eric Runge (Mindy) of Stonewall, LA, Sandra Clark of DeRidder and Sherrie Miers of Zachary, LA; and her brothers, Daniel Martinez of DeRidder, Karl Martinez of DeRidder and Donnie Martinez of Grand Prairie, TX. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
