She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Matlock; her husband Henry Kulaga; and her brothers, Dale Matlock and Charlie Matlock. She is survived by: her mother Melda Bell Matlock; her son Joey Kulaga (Brandi) of Lake Charles; her grandchildren, Braxton, Anna Kate and Jase; her daughter Angie Lambert (David) of Germany; her grandchildren, Baylee and Eli; her child Dustie Waddell (Shane) of DeRidder; her grandchildren, Amelia and Hadley; and her siblings, Floyd Matlock of Oklahoma, Gary Don Matlock of Oklahoma and Sue Fields of Oklahoma.
