He is survived by: his wife Marie L. Bennett of Merryville, LA; his children, Byron Bennett (Kathy) and Carla Sittig (Chad); his siblings, Bruce Bennett and Laverne Bennett Townsley; his sisters-in-law, Mildred Bennett and Barbara Bennett; his uncle Elmer Bennett; his aunt Nell Bennett Cryer; his grandchildren, Joel Bennett, Hannah Bennett Johnston, Kyle, Cody Sittig, Sydney, Camryn Sittig, Laura Mattlock, Billy, Douglas Parker, Ashley and Michael Castle; his great grandchildren, Ethan Parker, Gavin Mattlock and Kinsley Mattlock; and his brothers, Jim Miers and Hardy Estes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
