He was predeceased by: his father James F. Toothman; and his brother Michael "Mike" Toothman. He is survived by: his mother Irma Safica Toothman; his daughter Meagan Faye Ford; his granddaughter Ryleigh; and his siblings, Robert Toothman (June), Raymond Toothman and Nikita Toothman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, family and friends.
