He is survived by: his wife Beverly White; his children, Josh White (Katelyn), JW White, David James (Betsy Jo) and Jill Seidel (Dustin); his sister Susan Anne Cook (John); his grandchildren, Melanie, Ariel, Breanna, Kaydi, Lil Paul, Cameron, Jaidyn, Russell, Thomas, Joseph and Haley; his great grandchildren, Rosalie, Adasialyn, Rhett, Ryleigh and Cullen; and his brothers, Vic Warrick and Greg Willis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
